3. Payment Terms

3.2 All fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon before project commencement.

3.3 Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

3.4 All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds After Project Initiation

Once a project has been initiated, no refunds will be issued. A project is considered “initiated” when:

    • Any deliverables, drafts, or project materials have been created

5. Project Revisions

5.1 The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your project proposal.

5.2 Additional revisions beyond those specified may incur additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and information necessary for project completion.

6.2 Delays caused by lack of client input may extend project timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in your project agreement.

7.2 WavShift Media retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

WavShift Media’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

10. Termination

10.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

10.2 Upon termination, you will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

10.3 No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

11. Changes to Terms

WavShift Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

12. Governing Law
